Prestige 7 - Part 1 Guide

New Progression Layer

Prestige 7 arrives in stages

Prestige 7 Part 1 introduces C90 gear, new farming maps, the Pollutus raid, Triple Arma, Drone Fairies, and a major Carve Rune update.

success

Part 1 is live. Prestige 7 is being released in multiple stages instead of one large drop, so this page focuses on the systems currently available.

Overall Changes

These changes arrived with the Prestige 7 update, but they are not exclusive to Prestige 7 content.

  • From now on, you will receive a Small Warehouse Box (21 slots) upon character creation.

  • TimeSpace entry windows now display the actual material icon required to enter each TimeSpace.

TimeSpace entry window material icon example
  • As stated before, powers are now disabled on Carve Runes.

note

This change also applies to old equipment, as powers have been completely removed from the game. We’re aware that some of you may not like this, however there would be no point in disabling them if we left the old equipment unchanged.

  • The "provides an x% chance to increase attack power by y%" effect has been removed.
note

We kindly want to mention that we know removal of carve powers and effect from weapon is big change. However we believe that it's necessary and doing it during new eq release is best time.

But keep in your mind that we will be monitoring how it goes and make necessary balance adjustments. Nothing is final change.

  • All Tattoo Paterns will have same crafting recipe.
  • Removed following materials from game/player inventories: Purple Drink, Owlbear Mane, Sekraz Ore, Golem Core and Redeye Scorpion Venom.
  • Added Essentials NPC to the Tattoo & Carve Map. You can purchase Tattoo Remover, Repair Rune Anvil and Rune Removal Hammer.
  • Added new Caligor's Help Chest to Caligor as participation reward.

Raid Flow

  • In the first room, you must operate 5 levers and defeat 7 monsters.
  • After clearing that phase, you move into the boss room.
  • During the boss fight, Pollutus cycles through mechanics roughly every 50 seconds.

Main Mechanics

Polluted Water Prison

  • Pollutus selects 50% of the raid and teleports them near the boss.
  • Affected players receive Polluted Water Prison and cannot move or attack.
  • Each trapped player shows a counter starting at 5.
  • Teammates must hit each trapped player 5 times to free them.
danger

If imprisoned players are not freed in time, they are instantly killed.

Spawnlings

  • Pollutus summons 2 to 5 Spawnlings around himself.
  • The raid has roughly 20 seconds to kill them.
  • When the timer ends, remaining Spawnlings disappear.
  • Every surviving Spawnling heals Pollutus for 10% of his maximum HP.

Revert Rune Rework

System Rework

ImageRevert Rune

Before

Revert Rune could only revert a rune from level 21 back to level 20.

Now

Revert Rune can now be used on any rune level.

Important Restriction

Revert Rune cannot be used on the same item twice in a row. You must add a rune before using another revert rune on that item.
